- To assist and facilitate in the writing and implementation of company
policies, procedures and work instructions;
- To guide your company through the development and implementation of your
quality, environmental or health and safety management system;
- To ensure that the procedures and work instructions are written in a manner that is easily understood by the personnel performing the job
function;
- To ensure that personnel are trained in the procedures and work instructions particular to their job
functions;
- To ensure that the procedures implemented are appropriate for your company's products, services and operating
methods;
- To ensure that the procedures implemented are effective for your company not just implemented to meet the requirements of the applicable
standard; and
- To assist your company to determine the resources required to develop and
maintain your business management system.
- Facilitate implementation team meetings;
- Assist with the interpretation and understanding of the requirements of the applicable
standard;
- Assist with the development and documentation of the required policies, procedures and work
instructions and forms;
- Develop, train and implement corrective action and continual improvement
teams (as applicable);
- Assist with the implementation, verification and validation of procedures and work
instructions;
- Assist in training personnel (on policies, procedures and work
instructions);
- Monitor the effectiveness of each procedure subsequent to its
implementation;
- Audit your management system prior to registration; and
- To assist and facilitate in the writing and implementation of company
policies, procedures and work instructions.
